3. Firmware Versions Required to Use System V1.2 with the Bellini-C2
To use System V1.2, make sure to install the following firmware:
Language: V.3.10 (B0705350B) or newer
BCU: V. 5.16.34 (B0705254E) or newer
SYSTEM: V. 5.04.2 (G0705774) or newer
LCDC (NA): V. 2.18 (B0705374B) or newer
LCDC (EU): V. 2.18 (B0705375B) or newer
NIC (NIB): V.4.51 (B0705775) or newer
Netfile: V.4.00 (B0705776) or newer
WebSystem: V.2.04 (B0705777) or newer
WebDocbox: V.2.03 (B0705778) or newer
BIOS: VK02EL002 (B0705742E) or newer
Finisher SR841: V.1.11 (B7065106) or newer
Finisher SR860: V.3.00 (B4685133) or newer
Z-folding unit: V.1.16 (B6605501) or newer
4. Video Board/System V1.2 Compatibility
 The program for the FPGA (chip on the video board) was changed to
1f
. As a result,
the FPGA revision and video board P/N were changed.
 The FPGA was changed to enable 8-bit boundary scanning with System software
V1.2 (see the table below).
 See MB070044 for details on the video board change (P/N, S/N, etc).
Important:
 To use the video board with Ver1.2, make sure the FPGA revision is 1f.
 You can install FPGA revision 1f with the FPGA update CD, which is included in
the “Version Up Kit.”
 See the next page for an overview on how to check the FPGA version and install
FPGA revision

 System Software V.1.2 does not support FPGA v01.
 If you use these two together, the scanner images will be corrupted.
