queue.
This is a release note for a patch file for printer controller EB-105EX.
Patch File Issue(s)
1-DBI62 This patch corrects the following:
• The stapler unit does not shift to the front for staple
replenishing if the finisher runs out of staples while printing out
multiple copies.
Important Note:
This patch file is for application to the EB-105EX System v1.01.
Patch Procedure for 1-DBI62
1. Confirm that the following patches are already installed by checking to see if it is listed
in the “Update Information” section of the configuration sheet. If it is not, apply this
patch before going on to Step 2.
! Patches: “1-AKVJG”, “1-9ZUYT”, “1-CX7BV”, “1-D3C5T”, “1-B952E_1-BWIKW +
1-DPK09”
2. Download the new 1-DBI62.ps patch listed above to the
Direct queue
using the Fiery
Downloader.
3. Wait at least 60 seconds.
Note:
It is very important to wait at least this long before continuing.
4. Reboot the system (Fiery Menu
# Shut Down # Reboot System).
5. Print out the configuration sheet once the EB-105EX has completely warmed up and
reached ready status.
6. Confirm that the 1-DBI62.ps patch has been successfully installed by checking to see
that it is listed in the “Update Information” section of the configuration sheet.
