To commission SaviTag ST-654:
 Connect the STA-1030 tag data cable to an available serial port on the
host computer.
 Locate the tag
commissioning port on
the SaviTag ST-654.
 Unplug the rubber cap
covering the port.
 Insert the STA-1030 tag
data cable connector, with
the LED up, into the
ST-654 tag commissioning
port.
