USING BACK PANEL TO ADJUST BRIGHTNESS AND KELVIN TEMPERATURE
CONTROLLING MULTIPLE LIGHTS
(5) It is possible to control groups of lights in addition to operating them on multiple channels.
For instance, you can set one or more lights to Group A and other sets of lights through
Group F (6 Groups). You can then control all lights in the same group simultaneously if they
are all on the same channel (1-50). Individual lights in the same group can also be adjusted
independently within the same group if they are set to different channels. To set the group
number for a particular light, press the controller knob in and hold for 2 seconds. When the group
indicator begins to flash, remove you finger. The group indicator will flash up to three times. Before
the third flash, turn the controller knob counterclockwise to select a lower group or clockwise to
select a higher group. When the controller knob is pressed in and held, it will alternate between
the group indicator and the channel selector. Remove your finger while the desired selector is
flashing.
(1) Turn on by pushing On/Off button to the top position.
(2) Adjust brightness by turning the controller knob clockwise to brighten
or counterclockwise to dim.
(3) To adjust Kelvin temperature, press controller knob in one time. The Kelvin temperature
readout will flash up to three times. Once the screen begins to flash, turn the controller
knob counter clockwise for warmer or clockwise for cooler light.
(4) To select a Channel, press and hold the controller knob in until the channel indicator
begins to flash and then remove finger from controller knob. While the channel indicator
is flashing, turn the controller knob counterclockwise to select a lower channel
number or clockwise to select a higher channel. If the controller knob is pressed in for
2 seconds, it will alternate between the group indicator and the channel selector until you
remove your finger. Select any channel between 1 and 50. If more than one Edge Lit Pro is
being used, all units that are on the same channel and in the same group will be controlled
simultaneously. Any lights that are not in the selected channel or group will not be controlled.

The Savage Edge Lit Pro can be set to control groups of lights together when connected by
the DMX ports or when using the included remote control. In addition, multiple lights in the
same group can be controlled independently of each other using separate channels.

USING THE INCLUDED REMOTE CONTROL
(1) Make sure the power button on the back of the Edge Lit Pro is in the On position.
The On/Off switch on the remote control will not function if the light’s power switch is off.
(2) Press the remote control power button one time.
(3) The group and channel settings on the remote control must match the group and
power setting on the Edge Lit Pro's back display. The remote control will not control the
Edge Lit Pro unless the groups and channels match.
(4) Adjust the channel setting on the remote control by pressing the "Ch./grp" button
until the channel number appears. Change to higher channels by pushing the + symbol
on the remote and lower channels by pressing the – symbol.
(5) Select the "Group" letter by pressing the "Ch/grp” button on the remote until the group
letter appears. Use the + button to select a lower letter in the alphabet and the minus
button to select a higher letter.
(6) After the channel/ group numbers are set to the corresponding channel/group numbers
on the back of the light, press + to brighten and - to darken.
(7) To change the Kelvin temperature, press the Set button on the remote until the Kelvin
temperature readout begins to flash. Use the + to cool the color temperature of the light
and the - button to warm.
Only use included Sony NP-F batteries with the AC power cord removed. Only use the AC power cord when the batteries are removed.
The DMX In/Out can be used to connect the Edge Lit Pro to other Edge Light Pro lights and DMX controllers using RJ11 phone cord.
