5.8.2 Version with fixed fold out magazine
Open magazine
Procedure:
1. Press the stud with the pointer finger 107.
2. Open magazine downwards.
3. Empty magazine.
Inserting the magazine
Procedure:
1. Open magazine upwards, until the magazine
audibly catches.
5.8.3 Loading the magazine
Procedure:
1. Push the rear feeder down.
2. Push the round from the front under the
magazine lip.
5.9 Trigger
An adjusted flint trigger suitable for use is
available for the SAUER 303.
5.9.1 Rifle trigger
Note:
• The trigger weight has been set to
approx. 13 N (1300 g) at the factory.
The flint trigger is a direct trigger with a design
dependent minimum stage.
– The shot is fired after the resistance has been
overcome.

• The weight of the flint trigger must not be
changed for safety reasons.
