2. Using the remaining fingers grip the magazine
tube firmly and press the hand together with
the thumb and index finger exerting a pulling
force on the barrel
(see Fig. 14 and Fig. 15).
3. Open the slide with the right hand and let it
drop down vertically without stopping it
(see Fig. 15 and Fig. 16).
Note:
• This momentum releases the firm conical plug-
in attachment of barrel and magazine tube
which can usually be felt in the fingers of the
left hand, since the barrel already moves a
short distance out of the magazine tube.
4. Pull barrel out in a straight line movement to
the front (see Fig. 17).
