Step 5 å Fasten the LEFT END (B) to the TOP (C). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. How to use the SAUDER TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER 1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the adjoining part. NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoining part while locking the FASTENER. 2. Tighten the FASTENER with a Phillips screwdriver as tight as possible.

Step 10 å Insert two WOOD DOWELS (15F) into the FRONT LEGS (F and G). å NOTE: Be very careful when flipping over the FRONT LEGS and TOP MOLDING to fasten to your unit. å Fasten the FRONT LEGS (F and G) and TOP MOLDING (J) to the ENDS (A and B) and TOP (C). Step 11 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges and lay the BACK (E) over your unit. å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (E). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". å Fasten the BACK (E) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. Step 12 VIEW THE T-LOCK BOX VIDEO 1 2 The tabs should insert freely into the slots. Gently tilt the DRAWER SIDES side to side until the tabs slip into the slots. With the palm of your hand, tap the DRAWER BOTTOM down into the groove. Un fi su nish rfa ed ce D960 D24 D24 I D25 I Groove å D25 Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOM inserts into the DRAWER FRONT groove. Insert the DRAWER SIDES (D24 and D25) at an angle into the slot at each end of the DRAWER FRONT (I).
Step 13 å Fasten a DRAWER RIGHT (35AC) to the DRAWER RIGHT SIDE (D24) and a DRAWER LEFT (35AD) to the DRAWER LEFT SIDE (D25). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #2. å NOTE: The parts are marked "DRAWER RIGHT" and "DRAWER LEFT" for easy identification. å NOTE: The glides are not intended to rotate. Step 14 å Fasten the DRAWER FRONT MOLDING (L) to the DRAWER FRONT (I). Use two BLACK 1" PAN HEAD SCREWS (60S). å Fasten a KNOB (28K) to the DRAWER FRONT MOLDING (L). Use a SILVER 1-1/2" MACHINE SCREW (95S) through the DRAWER FRONT (I), through the DRAWER FRONT MOLDING, and into the KNOB. 60S BLACK 1" PAN HEAD SCREW (2 used in this step) L I 28K 95S SILVER 1-1/2" MACHINE SCREW (1 used for the KNOB) Page 18 418587 www.sauder.
Step 15 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å Push a CAM COVER (12P) onto each visible HIDDEN CAM in the ENDS (A and B). å NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information. å This completes assembly. Clean with your favorite furniture polish or a damp cloth. Wipe dry. To insert the drawer into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the glides on the drawer behind the glides on the unit.

PASO 1 PASO 6 No apriete los SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK® en este paso. Fije el FONDO (D) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B). Apriete dos SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®. Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.
