Step 6 å IMPORTANT: If you purchased the 418295 Hutch, you will need to finish drilling through the three partially drilled holes in the TOP (G) using your drill and 1/4" drill bit. 12S BROWN 1" FLAT HEAD SCREW (5 used for the TOP MOLDING) å Fasten the TOP MOLDING (R) to the TOP (G). Use five BROWN 1" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (12S). å To fasten the TOP (G) to the 418295 Hutch, use three BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S) through the TOP and into the Hutch Ends and Upright.

Step 18 å Fasten three METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the RIGHT END (A), LEFT UPRIGHT (E), and BOTTOM (H). Use three BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å NOTE: Be sure the BRACKETS are even with the edges of the RIGHT END, LEFT UPRIGHT, and BOTTOM. å Fasten the BASE (N) to the RIGHT END (A), LEFT UPRIGHT (E), and BOTTOM (H). Use three BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the METAL BRACKETS on the RIGHT END, LEFT UPRIGHT, and BOTTOM and into the BASE.
Step 19 å å å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the BACK (K) and lay it over your unit. å å å å å Fasten the BACK (K) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (K). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". NOTE: If the 418295 Hutch is attached to your Desk, the BACK (K) will overlap the Hutch Right Back (F) and the corner will tuck underneath the Hutch Left Back (G).

Step 21 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å Fasten the DOOR (L) to the UPRIGHT (D) as shown in the lower diagram. Use the screws in the HINGES. You should start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them. å Fasten a KNOB (69K) to the DOOR (L). Use a BLACK 1-1/8" MACHINE SCREW (21S). å See the next step for DOOR adjustments. Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms.
Step 22 å Refer to the enlarged diagram to identify the parts on the HINGES. å The DOORS may need some adjustments. Follow the text below to make needed adjustments. å DOOR ADJUSTMENTS: To adjust the DOORS from side to side (horizontal), loosen the mounting screw several turns, then turn the adjusting screw in or out. Tighten the mounting screw after making adjustments. å To adjust the DOORS up and down (vertical), loosen both vertical adjustment screws.
Step 23 å Fasten a LARGE DRAWER BOX FRONT (D463) to the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D102). Use four BLACK 1-9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (30S). å Slide a DRAWER BOTTOM (D713) into the grooves in the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D102) and LARGE DRAWER BOX FRONT (D463) å Fasten the other LARGE DRAWER BOX FRONT (D463) to the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D102). Use four BLACK 1-9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (30S). å Repeat this step for the other drawer using the DRAWER SIDES (D216) and DRAWER BOX FRONTS (D464).
Step 24 å Fasten the LARGE DRAWER FRONT (Q) to a LARGE DRAWER BOX FRONT (D463). Use four BLACK 7/8" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (17S). å Repeat this step for the other drawer using DRAWER FRONT (P). Step 27 å Fasten a PULL (70K) to the DRAWER FRONT (P). Use two SILVER 1-1/2" MACHINE SCREWS (95S) through the DRAWER BOX FRONT, through the DRAWER FRONT, and into the PULL. å å å å Fasten a PULL (70K) to the LARGE DRAWER FRONT (Q). Use two GOLD 1" MACHINE SCREWS (50S). Push a FILE GLIDE (3B) onto the right LARGE DRAWER SIDE (D102). Slide the FILE RODS (8B) into the FILE GLIDE (3B) on the right LARGE DRAWER SIDE.
Step 28 å Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (2R) over the remaining METAL PINS (1R). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of your choice in the UPRIGHTS (D and E). Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELF (M) onto the METAL PINS. å To insert the drawer into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit.

Avant de fixer la PORTE à l’unité, s’assurer que la vis de montage se trouve contre les butées comme l’indique le schéma de droite. Si ce n’est pas le cas, desserrer la vis de montage pour la faire glisser contre les butées. Serrer ensuite la vis de montage.
