Step 3 å Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (V) from the EXTENSION RAILS (U) as shown in the enlarged diagram below. Be prepared, the parts are greasy. Remember: Righty tighty. Use four GOLD 5/16” FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S). å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlarged diagram. Then, slide the inner cartridge of the EXTENSION RAIL in to find the other hole that lines up with the hole in the END.

Step 6 å Insert two SMALL WOOD DOWELS (26F) into the BRACE (R). å Fasten the BRACE (R) to the ENDS (A and B). Tighten one TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER. å NOTE: Be sure to tighten only one of the TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS at this time. Be sure the SMALL WOOD DOWELS in the BRACE insert into the holes in the ENDS. Step 13 å å å å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. å NOTE: Adjustments will be made to the ADJUSTABLE FOOT after the unit is standing upright and in its final location. Don't worry. It isn't Rome. This can be built in a day. Insert three CORD CLIPS (9P) into the holes in the TOP (C). NOTE: The CORD CLIPS are used to manage your cords. Fasten the ADJUSTABLE FOOT (34E) to the BOTTOM (D). Use four SILVER 5/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (23S).
Step 14 å å Unfold the BACK (I) and lay it over your unit. å å Fasten the BACK (I) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). Caution Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (I). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed. 1N NAIL (36 used in this step) I www.sauder.
Step 15 å Insert the peg in the small piece of the DRAWER BRACKET SET (55G) into the hole in the large piece. Then, fasten the DRAWER BRACKETS to the ROLL-OUT ENDS (E and F). Step 19 å Fasten two DRAWER FRONT MOLDINGS (S) to the FLIP-UP DOOR (J). Use six SILVER 1" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (102S). å Fasten three KNOBS (28K) to the FLIP-UP DOOR (J). Step 20 VIEW THE T-LOCK BOX VIDEO The tabs should insert freely into the slots. Gently tilt the DRAWER SIDES side to side until the tabs slip into the slots. 1 2 With the palm of your hand, tap the DRAWER BOTTOM down into the groove. Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #3. å NOTE: The screw head in the CAM must be visible through the slotted hole in the SLIDE.
Step 22 å Fasten two DRAWER FRONT MOLDINGS (S) to the DRAWER FRONT (K). Use six SILVER 1" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (102S). å Fasten three KNOBS (28K) to the DRAWER FRONT (K). Step 23 å å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å IMPORTANT: The ADJUSTABLE FOOT should not extend beyond the bottom edges of the FRONT LEGS (L and M). Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms. Position your unit in its final location. Using your screwdriver through the hole in the BOTTOM (D), turn the ADJUSTABLE FOOT (34E) downward until the FOOT touches the floor. Step 24 å å We recommend using the SAFETY STRAP (60M) for added stability. å INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: (Also available at www.yl-anchors.com) 1. Insert the SAFETY DRYWALL ANCHOR (61M) through the WASHER (13M) and one end of the SAFETY STRAP (60M). 2. Using a Phillips screwdriver or a hand drill, press screw slightly onto the drywall. 3. Apply pressure; turn the screw until a pilot hole is made and the nylon sheath slips through. 4.
Step 25 å To insert the drawer into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit. å To insert the Roll-out drawer into your unit, line up the EXTENSION SLIDES on the drawer with the EXTENSION RAILS on the unit and push the drawer into the unit until the drawer is fully inserted. The drawer will push in hard until it is all the way in, then it will slide in and out easier.
Step 26 å To make adjustments to the drawer, loosen SCREW #3 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the CAM clockwise or counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the CAM. The higher the screw in the oblong hole, the higher your drawer front will be. The lower the screw, the lower the drawer front. By adjusting the drawer this way, it will help the DRAWER FRONT line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREW when finished with adjustments.
