Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN CAM. Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step.

Step 3 å å Diagram 1. Measure 1-1/2" from one end of the INTERLOCK TRACK (26G). Position the INTERLOCK TRACK as shown. å å Diagram 3. Rotate the INTERLOCK TRACK and apply force to snap the second edge into the SAFETY STOP. å Diagram 5. Remove the INTERLOCK TRACK assembly from Diagram 4 and flip it over before inserting the INTERLOCK TRACK (26G) with SAFETY STOPS (29G) into the groove in the RIGHT END (A). Step 4 å Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (K) from the EXTENSION RAILS (J) as shown in the upper diagram below. Be prepared, the parts are greasy. å Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (J) to the ENDS (A and B). Use twelve GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S). å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlarged diagram. Then, slide the innercartridge of the EXTENSION RAIL out to find the other hole that lines up with the hole in the END. Turn a SCREW into this hole.

Step 8 å Fasten the BOTTOM (D) to the ENDS (A and B) and BACKS (E). Use eight BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S). å Fasten the FEET (21E) to the BOTTOM (D). Use sixteen SILVER 1-1/4" PAN HEAD SCREWS (45S). å Now, turn an ADJUSTABLE GLIDE (33E) into the center hole of each FOOT (21E). å NOTE: To raise a corner of the unit, turn the ADJUSTABLE GLIDE counter-clockwise. To lower a corner, turn the ADJUSTABLE GLIDE clockwise.
Step 9 VIEW THE T-LOCK BOX VIDEO 1 2 The tabs should insert freely into the slots. Gently tilt the DRAWER SIDES side to side until the tabs slip into the slots. Groove å Insert the DRAWER SIDES (D133 and D139) at an angle into the slot at each end of the DRAWER FRONT (F).

Visually check that the DRAWER STOP (20G) is seated in the SLIDE (K). å Now, fasten the EXTENSION SLIDE (K) to the DRAWER RIGHT SIDE (D133). Use two GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #3. å NOTE: The screw head in the CAM must be visible through the slotted hole in the SLIDE. å Repeat this step for the other drawers. Insert a SLIDE CAM (10A) into the DRAWER LEFT SIDE (D139). Now, fasten an EXTENSION SLIDE (K) to the DRAWER LEFT SIDE (D139). Use two GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #3. Screw head - turn CAM to line up the hole in the SLIDE with hole in the DRAWER SIDE.

Step 13 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å To insert a drawer into your unit, line up the EXTENSION SLIDES on the drawer with the EXTENSION RAILS on the unit and push the drawer into the unit until the drawer is fully inserted. The drawer will push in hard until it is all the way in, then it will slide in and out easier. å Peel the double-sided TAPE from the TAPE CARD (5M). Apply four pieces of TAPE to the corners of the TOP (C) and stick the RUBBER MAT (H) onto the TAPE.
Step 14 å To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #3 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the cam clockwise or counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the cam. By adjusting the drawers this way, it will help the DRAWER FRONTS line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREWS when finished with adjustments. å NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information. å This completes assembly.
