Step 4 å Fasten the CABINET RIGHT (40CA) and CABINET LEFT (40CB) to the ENDS (A and B). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #3. å Fasten four ANGLE BRACKETS (27G) to the ENDS (A and B). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å NOTE: Be sure the edges of the ANGLE BRACKETS are even with the edges of the ENDS. Remember: Righty tighty. Lefty loosey.

Step 7 å Fasten the ENDS (A and B) to the BOTTOM (D). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. Step 10 å å Fasten the BRACE (E) to the ENDS (A and B). Tighten four HIDDEN CONNECTORS. Now might be a good time to refresh your drink. Fasten the BRACE MOLDING (J) to the BRACE (E). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. How to use the HIDDEN CONNECTOR To fasten two parts together using the HIDDEN CONNECTORS, insert your screwdriver, at an angle, into the slot in the HIDDEN CONNECTOR. While pushing the screw into the hole of the adjoining part, turn the screwdriver clockwise to tighten.
Step 11 å Fasten the END MOLDINGS (O) to the ENDS (A and B). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the ANGLE BRACKETS on the ENDS and into the END MOLDINGS. å NOTE: There are no pre-drilled holes in the END MOLDINGS. The SCREWS will tighten into the grooves. å Carefully turn two FOOT SCREWS (23F) a few turns into the BOTTOM MOLDING (I). å Next, turn a FOOT (P) onto the other end of each FOOT SCREW (23F).
Step 12 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the BACK (F) and lay it over your unit. å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (F). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it “square”. å Fasten the BACK (F) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. Step 13 1 VIEW THE T-LOCK BOX VIDEO 2 The tabs should insert freely into the slots. Gently tilt the DRAWER SIDES side to side until the tabs slip into the slots. With the palm of your hand, tap the DRAWER BOTTOM down into the groove. Un fi su nish rfa ed ce D24 D723 D24 D25 G G Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOM inserts into the DRAWER FRONT groove. Groove å D25 Insert the DRAWER SIDES (D24 and D25) at an angle into the slot at each end of the DRAWER FRONT (G).
Step 14 å Insert a SLIDE CAM (10A) into the DRAWER SIDES (D24 and D25). å Fasten the DRAWER RIGHT (40CC) and DRAWER LEFT (40CD) to the DRAWER SIDES (D24 and D25). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #2 and #4. å NOTE: The screw head in the CAM must be visible through the slotted hole in the SLIDE. å Fasten the PULL (98K) to the DRAWER FRONT (G).
Step 15 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. If you're doing this to help a friend, don't leave without a bite. To insert the drawer into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind the rollers on the unit. Step 16 å To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #4 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the CAM clockwise or counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the CAM. The higher the screw in the oblong hole, the higher your drawer front will be. The lower the screw, the lower the drawer front. By adjusting the drawers this way, it will help the DRAWER FRONTS line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREW when finished with adjustments.

Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol.
ÉTAPE 11 ÉTAPE 14 Fixer les MOULURES D'EXTRÉMITÉ (O) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S) à travers les CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE situées sur les EXTRÉMITÉS, et dans les MOULURES D'EXTRÉMITÉ. Insérer une EXCENTRIQUE DE COULISSE (10A) dans les CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D24 et D25). REMARQUE : Les MOULURES D'EXTRÉMITÉ ne comportent pas de trous pré-percés. Serrer les VIS dans les rainures.
