It means a video assembly tip is available at www.sauder.com/services/tips Step 1 å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty carton to avoid scratching your unit or the floor. å Push twenty-four HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the ENDS (A), UPRIGHTS (B and C), TOP (D) and BOTTOM (E). Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN CAM, except in the five edges called out below. Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step.
Step 2 å Turn twelve CAM SCREWS (8F) into the BASES (K and L), MOLDINGS (N and O), and STOP MOLDING (P). Remember: Righty tighty. Lefty loosey. O N L K P 8F Page 6 414958 www.sauder.
Step 3 å Push two SAUDER TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS (10F) into the large holes in the MOLDINGS (N and O). Do not tighten the TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS in this step. 10F N O www.sauder.
Step 4 å å Fasten the MOLDINGS (N and O) to the TOP (D). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. How to use the SAUDER TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER 1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the adjoining part. Fasten the STOP MOLDING (P) to the TOP (D). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoining part while locking the FASTENER. 2. Tighten the FASTENER with a Phillips screwdriver as tight as possible.
Step 5 å Fasten three METAL BRACKETS (17G) to the STOP MOLDING (P). Use three BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Fasten two CORNER BRACKETS (31G) to the TOP (D), STOP MOLDING (P), and MOLDINGS (N and O). Use eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Now, fasten the FRONT MOLDING (M) to the CORNER BRACKETS (31G) and METAL BRACKETS (17G). Step 6 å å Fasten the UPRIGHTS (B and C) to the TOP (D). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. Don't worry. It isn't Rome. This can be built in a day. HIDDEN CAMS must be completely tightened. HIDDEN CAMS that are not completely tightened may loosen, and parts may separate.
Step 7 å Fasten the END MOLDINGS (Q) to the ENDS (A). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the BASES (K and L) to the ENDS (A) as shown. Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. å NOTE: The END (A) on the left will be called the LEFT END and the END (A) on the right will be called the RIGHT END. Step 8 å Fasten the RIGHT END (A) to the RIGHT MOLDING (N). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the BOTTOM (E) to the RIGHT BASE (K). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. Step 9 å Fasten the BOTTOM (E) to the UPRIGHTS (B and C). Use four BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S). å Fasten the LEFT END (A) to the LEFT MOLDING (O). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the LEFT BASE (L) to the BOTTOM (E). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. Step 10 å Fasten three METAL BRACKETS (17G) to the BOTTOM (E). Use three BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Fasten two CORNER BRACKETS (31G) to the BOTTOM (E) and BASES (K and L). Use eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Fasten the BASE (J) to the BRACKETS (17G) on the BOTTOM (E) and BASES (K and L). Step 11 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the BACK (F) and lay it over your unit. å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (F). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". å å Fasten the BACK (F) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up over the UPRIGHTS (B and C).
Step 12 å Fasten the HINGES (27H) to the DOORS (G). Use eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Fasten the STRIKE PLATES (6I) to the DOORS (G). Use two BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (11S). 1S BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (8 used for the HINGES) 27H 11S BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREW (2 used for the STRIKE PLATES) 6I 6I G This will be the LEFT DOOR (G) in the next step. Step 13 å NOTE: You may need help from another person to complete this step. å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å Fasten a KNOB (69K) to the RIGHT DOOR (G). Use a BLACK 1-1/8" MACHINE SCREW (21S). å Repeat this step fastening the LEFT DOOR (G) to the END MOLDING (Q) on the LEFT END (A). Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms. Fasten the RIGHT DOOR (G) to the END MOLDING (Q) on the RIGHT END (A). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).
Step 14 å Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (2R) over the METAL PINS (1R). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of your choice in the ENDS (A) and UPRIGHTS (B and C). Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELVES (H and I) onto the METAL PINS. å Apply the WARNING LABEL (3L) to the TOP (D). You should be able to read the label when the TV is removed from the unit. When the TV is in place, it should hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram.

Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE PLATE 13 mm NOIRES (11S). Fixer le DESSOUS (E) au SOCLE DROIT (K). Serrer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
