Then, insert the metal end of eighteen CAM DOWELS (2F) into the HIDDEN CAMS in the ENDS, UPRIGHT, SHELF, BACK, and BRACE. Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step.

Step 4 å First, fill the hole in the side of each LEG (I, J, K, and L) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). Then, insert four WOOD DOWELS (15F) into the holes. Wipe away the excess GLUE. å å Now, fill the holes in the SIDE SKIRTS (N) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS (15F) in the LEGS (I, J, K, and L) insert into the holes in the SIDE SKIRTS (N). Wipe away the excess GLUE. Fasten the LEGS (I, J, K, and L) to the ENDS (A and B) and SIDE SKIRTS (N). Tighten twelve HIDDEN CAMS.
Step 5 å Fasten the CABINET RAILS (Q and R) to the ENDS (A and B) and both surfaces of the UPRIGHT (C). Step 6 å Wrap the METAL FRAME (25M) around the MODESTY PANEL (F). Then, fasten the METAL FRAME to the MODESTY PANEL. Use eight BROWN 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (40S). å Cross the METAL BARS (26M) and line up the center holes in the BARS. Then, fasten the METAL BARS to the MODESTY PANEL (F). Step 8 å First, fill the hole in the edge of the BACK SKIRT (M) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). Then, insert a WOOD DOWEL (15F) into the hole. Wipe away the excess GLUE. å Now, fill the large hole in the RIGHT REAR LEG (I) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). å Fasten the SHELF (E) to the SIDE SKIRT (N). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWEL (15F) in the BACK SKIRT (M) inserts into the hole in the RIGHT REAR LEG (I). Wipe away the excess GLUE.
Step 9 å Fasten the BACK (G) to the RIGHT REAR LEG (I). Tighten one HIDDEN CAM. å Fasten the BRACE (H) to the RIGHT END (A). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. Maximum 210 degrees Arrow Minimum 190 degrees Edge and surface with HIDDEN CAMS Sur withface HID CA DEN MS G H I www.sauder.
Step 10 å First, fill the hole in the edge of the LEFT REAR LEG (J) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). Then, insert a WOOD DOWEL (15F) into the hole. Wipe away the excess GLUE. ! Caution Inspect the parts thoroughly before assembling. Disassembly of glued parts is extremely difficult. å Now, fill the hole in the BACK SKIRT (M) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). å Fasten the LEFT END (B), LEFT REAR LEG (J), and SIDE SKIRT (N) to the SHELF (E), BACK (G), and BRACE (H). Tighten five HIDDEN CAMS.
Step 11 å å Carefully lay your unit on its front edges. Fasten the MODESTY PANEL (F) to the BACK (G) and BACK SKIRT (M). Step 12 å Push a FOOT (10E) over the bottom edge of each LEG (I, J, K, and L). å With a hammer, gently tap a TACK GLIDE (12E) through the holes of the FEET (10E). 10E J L I K 10E Page 16 12E 414443 www.sauder.

Step 14 å First, fill the four holes in the TOP (D) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). Then, insert the WOOD DOWELS (15F) into the holes. Wipe away the excess GLUE. å å Now, fill the four holes in the LEGS (I, J, K, and L) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS (15F) in the TOP (D) insert into the holes in the LEGS (I, J, K, and L). Wipe away the excess GLUE. Fasten the TOP (D) to the ENDS (A and B), UPRIGHT (C), and BACK (G). Tighten eight HIDDEN CAMS.
Step 15 VIEW THE T-LOCK BOX VIDEO 1 2 The tabs should insert freely into the slots. Gently tilt the DRAWER SIDES side to side until the tabs slip into the slots. With the palm of your hand, tap the DRAWER BOTTOM down into the groove. Un fi su nish rfa ed ce D721 D83 D83 O O D84 D84 Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOM inserts into the DRAWER FRONT groove. Groove å Insert the DRAWER SIDES (D83 and D84) at an angle into the slot at each end of the RIGHT DRAWER FRONT (O).
Step 16 å å Insert a SLIDE CAM (10A) into the DRAWER SIDES (D83 and D84). å NOTE: The DRAWER SLIDES are marked "DRAWER RIGHT" and "DRAWER LEFT" for easy identification. å NOTE: The screw head in the CAM must be visible through the slotted hole in the SLIDE. å Fasten a PULL (53K) to the RIGHT DRAWER FRONT (O). Use two SILVER 5/8" MACHINE SCREWS (15S). å Repeat this step for the other drawer. Fasten the DRAWER SLIDES (S and T) to the DRAWER SIDES (D83 and D84).
Step 17 å To insert the drawers into your unit, tip the fronts of the drawers down and drop the rollers on the drawers behind the rollers on the unit. Lift the fronts of the drawers up and slide them into the unit. å Push a CAM COVER (12P) onto each visible HIDDEN CAM in the SIDE SKIRTS (N). 50 lbs. 10 lbs. P N 10 lbs. O 25 lbs. 12P (2 used) N To cover HIDDEN CAMS www.sauder.
Step 18 å To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #3 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the CAM clockwise or counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the CAM. The higher the screw in the oblong hole, the higher your drawer front will be. The lower the screw, the lower the drawer front. By adjusting the drawers this way, it will help the DRAWER FRONTS line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREW when finished with adjustments.
