Push thirteen HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the ENDS (A2 and B2), LOWER UPRIGHT (D), BOTTOM (F), and SHELF (H). Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN CAM. Step 2 å Fasten the SHELF (H) to the RIGHT END (A2). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the LOWER UPRIGHT (D) to the SHELF (H). Tighten a HIDDEN CAM. Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. HIDDEN CAMS that are not completely tightened may loosen, and parts may separate.
Step 3 å å å Fasten four METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the RAIL (K). Use four BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (6S). Remember: Righty tighty. Lefty loosey. NOTE: Be sure the BRACKETS are even with the edges of the RAIL. Fasten the CARD HOLDERS (21M) to the other surface of the RAIL (K). Use four SILVER 3/8" MACHINE SCREWS (97S). 6S 4G BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (4 used for the METAL BRACKETS) Surface with more holes 4G K 4G Open slot 21M 97S SILVER 3/8” MACHINE SCREW (4 used for the CARD HOLDERS) www.
Step 4 å Fasten the RAIL (K) to the RIGHT END (A2) and SHELF (H). Use three BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (6S). å Fasten the BOTTOM (F) to the RIGHT END (A2) and LOWER UPRIGHT (D). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS and use two BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S). Maximum 210 degrees Arrow Minimum 190 degrees 6S BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (3 used for the RAIL) Open slot These holes must be here.
Step 5 å First, fill the holes in the FRONT PANEL (G2) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (8M). Then, insert the WOOD DOWELS (15F) into the holes. Wipe away the excess GLUE. å Now, fill the holes in the RIGHT END (A2) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE. Then, insert the WOOD DOWELS in the FRONT PANEL (G2) into these holes. Wipe away the excess GLUE. Fill the holes 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE. ! Caution Inspect the parts thoroughly before assembling. Disassembly of glued parts is extremely difficult.
Step 6 å First, fill the holes in the LEFT END (B2) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (8M). Then, insert the WOOD DOWELS (15F) in the FRONT PANEL (G2) into the holes in the LEFT END. Wipe away the excess GLUE. å Fasten the LEFT END (B2) to the BOTTOM (F) and SHELF (H). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the RAIL (K) to the LEFT END (B2). Use a BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (6S). å å Insert four METAL PINS (1R) into the UPRIGHT (C). Fill the holes 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE.
Step 7 å Fasten the TOP (E) to the ENDS (A2 and B2). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. å NOTE: Be sure the METAL PINS in the UPRIGHT (C) insert into the holes in the TOP (E). å Fasten the TOP MOLDING (L) to the TOP (E). Use four BROWN 1-1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (14S). å NOTE: Do not overtighten the SCREWS into the TOP. Step 9 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the BACK (I) and lay it over your unit. å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (I). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". å å Fasten the BACK (I) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). å With your hammer, gently tap four TACK GLIDES (12E) into the bottom edges of the ENDS (A2 and B2). Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.
Step 10 å å å å Carefully stand your unit upright. Separate the CARDS on the CARD SHEET (40M) and insert one into each CARD HOLDER. NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information. This completes assembly. Clean with your favorite furniture polish or a damp cloth. Wipe dry. Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol. Enfoncer treize EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B2), le MONTANT INFÉRIEUR (D), le DESSOUS (F) et la TABLETTE (H).
ÉTAPE 7 ÉTAPE 9 Fixer le DESSUS (E) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B2). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. Attention: Ne pas relever l'élément dans sa position verticale avant d'avoir fixé l’ARRIÈRE. L'élément risque de s'effondrer. REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien insérer les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL situées sur le MONTANT (C) dans les trous du DESSUS (E). PASO 1 PASO 4 No apriete los EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS en este paso. Fije el RIEL (K) al EXTREMO DERECHO (A2) y al ESTANTE (H). Utilice tres TORNILLOS MARRONES DE CABEZA GRANDE de 11 mm (6S). Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso. Empuje trece EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (1F) dentro de los EXTREMOS (A2 y B2), del PARAL INFERIOR (D), del FONDO (F) y del ESTANTE (H).
