Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN CAM. Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step. Arrow 2F (10 used) This is a tracking label. Please do not remove.
Step 2 å Fasten the CABINET RIGHTS (35GA) and CABINET LEFTS (35GB) to the ENDS (A2 and B2). Use twelve GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #3. Remember: Righty tighty. Lefty loosey. Step 5 å First, fill the four holes in the FRONT PANEL (F2) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (8M). Then, insert a WOOD DOWEL (15F) into each hole. Wipe away the excess GLUE. å Fill the two holes in the RIGHT END (A2) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE. Then, insert the WOOD DOWELS in the FRONT PANEL (F2) into these holes. Wipe away the excess GLUE. å Next, fill the two holes in the LEFT END (B2) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (8M). Then, insert the WOOD DOWELS (15F) in the FRONT PANEL (F2) into the holes in the LEFT END.
Step 6 å Fasten the TOP (C) to the ENDS (A2 and B2). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. Maximum 210 degrees Arrow Minimum 190 degrees Finished edge The two HIDDEN CAMS in the BACKS (E) will be tightened in Step 12. C A2 E B2 Page 10 414434 www.sauder.
Step 7 å Fasten the TOP MOLDING (M29) to the TOP (C). Use three BROWN 1-1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (14S). å NOTE: Do not overtighten the SCREWS into the TOP. Don't worry. It isn't Rome. This can be built in a day. 14S BROWN 1-1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREW (3 used in this step) Curved edge M29 C www.sauder.
Step 8 å Fasten two METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the RAIL (R) as shown in the upper diagram below. Use two BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (6S). å NOTE: Be sure the BRACKETS are even with the ends of the RAIL. å Fasten the RAIL (R) to the ENDS (A2 and B2) as shown in the lower diagram. Step 9 å Fasten the SKIRT (G) to the ENDS (A2 and B2) and BOTTOM (D). Use three METAL BRACKETS (4G) and six BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (6S). å With your hammer, gently tap four TACK GLIDES (12E) into the bottom edges of the ENDS (A2 and B2). 6S BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (6 used in this step) A2 Curved edge G 4G B2 D 12E 4G 4G 12E www.sauder.
Step 10 VIEW THE T-LOCK BOX VIDEO 1 2 The tabs should insert freely into the slots. Gently tilt the DRAWER SIDES side to side until the tabs slip into the slots. Un fi su nish rfa ed ce D22 With the palm of your hand, tap the DRAWER BOTTOM down into the groove. D704 D22 H H D23 D23 Groove Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOM inserts into the DRAWER FRONT groove. å Insert the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D22 and D23) at an angle into the slot at each end of the LARGE DRAWER FRONT (H).
Step 11 å å Insert a SLIDE CAM (10A) into the DRAWER SIDES (D22 and D23). å å å NOTE: The screw head in the CAM must be visible through the slotted hole in the SLIDE. Fasten the DRAWER RIGHT (35GC) and DRAWER LEFT (35GD) to the DRAWER SIDES (D22 and D23). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #3. Fasten two KNOBS (59K) to the LARGE DRAWER FRONT (H). Use two BLACK 1-1/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (9S). Repeat this step for the other large drawer and the small drawer.
Step 12 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å Fasten the CARD HOLDER (21M) to the RAIL (R). Use two SILVER 3/8" MACHINE SCREWS (97S). å Separate the CARDS on the CARD SHEET (40M) and insert one into the CARD HOLDER. å We recommend using the SAFETY BRACKET (1G) for added stability. Use a BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (6S) into the top of the unit and a BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREW (2S) into a stud in your wall. Fasten the BACKS (E) to the TOP (C). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS.
Step 13 å To insert the drawer into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit. å Apply the WARNING LABEL (5L) to the upper LEFT DRAWER SIDE (D17). You should be able to read the label when the drawer is open. When the drawer is closed, it will hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram.
Step 14 å To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #3 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the CAM clockwise or counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the CAM. The higher the screw in the oblong hole, the higher your drawer front will be. The lower the screw, the lower the drawer front. By adjusting the drawers this way, it will help the DRAWER FRONTS line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREW when finished with adjustments.

ÉTAPE 9 ÉTAPE 12 Fixer la PLINTHE (G) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B2) et au DESSOUS (D). Utiliser trois CONSOLES EN MÉTAL (4G) et six VIS TÊTE LARGE 11 mm MARRON (6S). Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale. À l'aide d'un marteau, enfoncer quatre PATINS (12E) dans les chants inférieurs des EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B2).
