Step 8 å Fasten the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D486) to the LARGE DRAWER BACK (D487). Use four BLACK 1-1/2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (49S). å Slide the DRAWER BOTTOM (D610) into the grooves in the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D486) and LARGE DRAWER BACK (D487). å Repeat this step for the other drawers. Use the DRAWER SIDES (D488) and DRAWER BACK (D489) for the small drawer. Be sure the grooves in each part line up with each other on the inside of the drawer.
Step 9 å Push four DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS (30G) into the holes in the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D486). å Fasten the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS (30G) to the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D486). Use eight BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (43S). å Repeat this step for the other drawers. The small drawer will only use two DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS. Step 10 å Fasten the DRAWER FRONTS (H and L) to the DRAWER SIDES (D486 and D488). Use six BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Fasten the KNOBS (46K) to the DRAWER FRONTS (H and L). Step 11 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å Using your hammer, gently tap two DRAWER PINS (from Step 2) into the holes in your DRAWER SIDES (D486). å NOTE: The DRAWER PINS are used as a locking system for your drawer. When the DRAWER PINS are in place, you will not be able to remove the drawer from your unit. å å Repeat this step for the other drawers. To insert the drawer into your unit, line up the grooves on the DRAWER SIDES with the SLIDES on your unit.
Step 12 å Apply the WARNING LABEL (5L) to the upper DRAWER SIDE (D488). You should be able to read the label when the drawer is open. When the drawer is closed, it will hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram. å å NOTE: This is a permanent label intended to last for the life of the product. Once applied, do not try to remove it. å Peel the APPLIQUES from the APPLIQUE CARD (42P). Stick the APPLIQUES over the heads of each visible SCREW in the ENDS (A2 and B2).
