Step 2 å NOTE: Before beginning this step, separate the SLIDES from the SLIDE SETS (16B) and the DRAWER PINS at the end of the SLIDES using a SCISSORS. Save the DRAWER PINS. You will use them in Step 11. å Fasten the SLIDES (16B) to the ENDS (A2 and B2). Use sixteen SILVER 3/4" PAN HEAD SCREWS (52S) through the first and last holes in the SLIDES. å NOTE: The SLIDES are marked "RIGHT" and "LEFT" for easy identification.
Step 3 å Fasten four ANGLE BRACKETS (5G) to the BACKS (E). Use four BROWN 7/16” LARGE HEAD SCREWS (6S). å Fasten two ANGLE BRACKETS (5G) to the SKIRT (G). Use two BLACK 9/16” LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å NOTE: Be sure the edges of the ANGLE BRACKETS are even with the edges of the BACKS and SKIRT. Remember: Righty tighty. Lefty loosey.

Step 5 å å Insert four METAL PINS (1R) into the BACKS (E). å Fasten the BACKS (E) to the ENDS (A2 and B2). Use four BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (6S) through the ANGLE BRACKETS on the BACKS and into the ENDS. Step 6 å å Fasten the BRACES (D) to the ENDS (A2 and B2). Use twelve BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S). Now might be a good time to refresh your drink. Fasten the lower BRACE (D) to the BACKS (E). Step 7 å Fasten two ANGLE BRACKETS (5G) to the upper BRACE (D). Use two BLACK 9/16” LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å NOTE: Be sure the edges of the ANGLE BRACKETS are even with the edges of the BRACE (D). å Fasten the SKIRT (G) to the ENDS (A2 and B2) and BRACE (D). Step 8 å å å Fasten the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D486) to the LARGE DRAWER BACK (D487). Use four BLACK 1-1/2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (49S). Slide the DRAWER BOTTOM (D610) into the grooves in the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D486) and LARGE DRAWER BACK (D487). Repeat this step for the other drawers. Use the DRAWER SIDES (D488) and DRAWER BACK (D489) for the small drawer. Be sure the grooves in each part line up with each other on the inside of the drawer.
Step 9 å Push four DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS (30G) into the holes in the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D486). å Fasten the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS (30G) to the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D486). Use eight BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (43S). å Repeat this step for the other drawers. The small drawer will only use two DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS. Step 10 å Fasten the DRAWER FRONTS (H and L) to the DRAWER SIDES (D486 and D488). Use six BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å å Fasten the PULLS (45K) to the DRAWER FRONTS (H and L). Use four SILVER 3/4" MACHINE SCREWS (53S). Repeat this step for the other drawers. Step 11 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å Using your hammer, gently tap two DRAWER PINS (from Step 2) into the holes in your DRAWER SIDES (D486). å NOTE: The DRAWER PINS are used as a locking system for your drawer. When the DRAWER PINS are in place, you will not be able to remove the drawer from your unit. å å Repeat this step for the other drawers. To insert the drawer into your unit, line up the grooves on the DRAWER SIDES with the SLIDES on your unit.
Step 12 å Apply the WARNING LABEL (5L) to the upper LEFT DRAWER SIDE (D488). You should be able to read the label when the drawer is open. When the drawer is closed, it will hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram. å å NOTE: This is a permanent label intended to last for the life of the product. Once applied, do not try to remove it. å Peel the APPLIQUES from the APPLIQUE CARD (29P).
