Use fourteen BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S). Step 7 å Fasten four ANGLE BRACKETS (5G) to each SMALL SKIRT (T) as shown in the upper diagram. Use eight BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (6S). 6S å NOTE: Be sure the edges of the ANGLE BRACKETS are even with the edges of the SMALL SKIRTS. å Stand the SMALL ENDS (B and D) and SMALL UPRIGHTS (F2 and H2) onto their finished edges as shown in the lower diagrams. å Fasten the SMALL SKIRTS (T) to the SMALL ENDS (B and D) and SMALL UPRIGHTS (F2 and H2).

Step 9 Fasten five ANGLE BRACKETS (5G) to the LARGE SKIRT (R) as shown in the upper diagram. Use five BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (6S). å NOTE: Be sure the edges of the ANGLE BRACKETS are even with the edges of the LARGE SKIRT. å Stand the SMALL ENDS (B and D) and SMALL UPRIGHTS (F2 and H2) onto their finished edges as shown in the lower diagrams. å Fasten the LARGE SKIRT (R) to the BOTTOM (J) and SMALL UPRIGHTS (F2 and H2). Use five BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (6S) through the ANGLE BRACKETS (5G).
Step 10 å å å å å Carefully turn over the lower portion of your unit until the finished edges are facing up as shown. Insert four METAL PINS (1R) into an UPRIGHT (I). Insert the METAL PINS (1R) in one end of the UPRIGHT (I) into the holes in the BOTTOM (J). Fasten the LOWER SHELF (M) to the SMALL UPRIGHTS (F2 and H2). Use four BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S). NOTE: Be sure the METAL PINS (1R) in the UPRIGHT (I) insert into the holes in the LOWER SHELF (M).
Step 11 å å Carefully turn your unit onto its finished edges as shown. Fasten the LOWER BACK (P) to the BOTTOM (J) and LOWER SHELF (M). Use four BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S). 2S P F2 J M R H2 2S BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREW (4 used in this step) www.sauder.
Step 12 å å å å å Carefully position the upper and lower portions on their back edges as shown. å NOTE: Be sure the METAL PINS (1R) in the UPRIGHT (I) insert into the holes in the LOWER SHELF (M). Be sure the CAM DOWELS in the LOWER BACK (P) insert into the holes in the TV SHELF (L). These HIDDEN CAMS will be tightened in the next step. Insert four METAL PINS (1R) into the remaining UPRIGHT (I). Insert the METAL PINS (1R) in one end of the UPRIGHT (I) into the holes in the TV SHELF (L).
Step 13 å å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å å Center a SCREW COVER (20P) over the head of each SCREW and press firmly. Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS in the LOWER BACK (P). Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (2R) over the remaining METAL PINS (1R). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of your choice in the LARGE ENDS (A and C) and LARGE UPRIGHTS (E2 and G2). Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELVES (Q) onto the METAL PINS. Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms.
Step 14 å We recommend using the SAFETY BRACKET (1G) for added stability. Use a BROWN 7/16” LARGE HEAD SCREW (6S) into the top of the unit and a BLACK 1-7/8” FLAT HEAD SCREW (2S) into a stud in your wall. å Apply the WARNING LABEL (1L) to the TV SHELF (L). You should be able to read the label when the TV is removed from the unit. When the TV is in place, it should hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram.
