Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN CAM. Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step. Step 6 å å Flip the BRACES (B and D) over. Fasten the BRACES (B and D) to the TOP (A) and STOP MOLDING (G). Tighten ten HIDDEN CONNECTORS. How to use the HIDDEN CONNECTOR To fasten two parts together using the HIDDEN CONNECTORS, insert your screwdriver, at an angle, into the slot in the HIDDEN CONNECTOR. While pushing the screw into the hole of the adjoining part, turn the screwdriver clockwise to tighten.
Step 7 å Insert four METAL PINS (1R) into the LEFT FRONT/RIGHT REAR LEGS (F). å Fasten the LEFT FRONT/RIGHT REAR LEGS (F) to the SHORT BRACES (D) and BOTTOM (C). Use four BLACK 1-7/8” FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S). å NOTE: Be sure the METAL PINS insert into the holes in the BOTTOM (C) and SHORT BRACES (D). å Fasten the LEFT FRONT/RIGHT REAR LEGS (F) to the LONG BRACES (B). Use four BLACK 1-1/8” PAN HEAD SCREWS (9S).
Step 8 å Insert four METAL PINS (1R) into the RIGHT FRONT/LEFT REAR LEGS (E). å Fasten the RIGHT FRONT/LEFT REAR LEGS (E) to the SHORT BRACES (D) and BOTTOM (C). Use four BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S). å NOTE: Be sure the METAL PINS insert into the holes in the BOTTOM (C) and SHORT BRACES (D). å Fasten the RIGHT FRONT/LEFT REAR LEGS (E) to the LONG BRACES (B). Use four BLACK 1-1/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (9S).
Step 9 å å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å å å NOTE: This is a permanent label intended to last for the life of the product. Once applied, do not try to remove it. Center a SCREW COVER (20P) over the head of each SCREW and press firmly. Apply the WARNING LABEL (1L) to the TOP (A). You should be able to read the label when the TV is removed from the unit. When the TV is in place, it should hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram.
