To begin assembly, push a SAUDER TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER (V) into the large holes in the ENDS (A and B), BOTTOM (D), and SHELF (E).
Step 2 Fasten two PLINTHS (T) to the ENDS (A and B). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. å How to use the SAUDER TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER 1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the adjoining part. NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoining part while locking the FASTENER. Use the lower large hole in the PLINTH. 2. Tighten the FASTENER with a Phillips screwdriver as tight as possible.
Step 3 å Fasten six ANGLE BRACKETS (W) to the END MOLDINGS (L). Use six BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (KK). å NOTE: Be sure the edges of the ANGLE BRACKETS are even with the edges of the MOLDINGS. KK BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (6 used in this step) W L L W www.sauder.

Step 5 å Fasten two HALF DISKS (U) to a VERTICAL MOLDING (M). Use two BROWN 1" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (JJ). å Repeat this step for the remaining HALF DISKS and VERTICAL MOLDING. Step 6 å Fasten the VERTICAL MOLDINGS (M) to the END MOLDINGS (L). Use six SILVER 1-1/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (HH). å NOTE: Be sure the HALF DISK is against the PLINTH (T) before tightening any screw. Step 7 å Fasten the HORIZONTAL MOLDING (P) to the SHELF MOLDING (O). Use three SILVER 1-1/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (HH). å Fasten the SHELF MOLDING (O) to the SHELF (E). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. Step 8 å Fasten the TOP MOLDING (N) to the TOP (C) as shown in the upper diagram below. Use three SILVER 1-1/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (HH). å Fasten the LEFT END (B) to the TOP (C). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. å Fasten the BOTTOM (D), SHELF (E), and PLINTH (T) to the LEFT END (B). Tighten five TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. å Fasten the BOTTOM MOLDING (R) to the BOTTOM (D). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.
Step 9 å Fasten the remaining PLINTH (T) to the RIGHT END (A). Tighten the TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER. å Fasten the RIGHT END (A) to the TOP (C), SHELF (E), and BOTTOM (D). Step 10 å Fasten the BACK SKIRT (K) to the SKIRT (J). Use four BROWN 1" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (JJ). å Fasten two TIE PLATES (Y) to the BACK SKIRT (K) and four TIE PLATES (Y) to the VALANCE (S). Use six BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (KK). Step 11 å å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. å Fasten the METAL BRACKETS (X) to the BOTTOM (D) and BACK SKIRT (K). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (KK). å Fasten the VALANCE (S) to the PLINTHS (T). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (KK). Fasten the BACK SKIRT (K) to the lower PLINTHS (T). Step 12 å å Unfold the BACK (F) and lay it over your unit. å å Fasten the BACK (F) to your unit using the NAILS (MM). å NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed. Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (F). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square".
Step 13 å Fasten the HINGES (AA) to the DOORS (G). Use eight BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (LL). LL AA BLACK 1/2” FLAT HEAD SCREW (8 used in this step) G G AA www.sauder.
Step 14 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å Fasten a DOOR (G) to the LEFT END (B). Use the screws in the HINGES. See the next step for adjustments. å Fasten a KNOB (EE) to the DOOR (G). Use a BLACK 1-1/8" MACHINE SCREW (II). å Repeat this step for the other door. NOTE: You may need to loosen the mounting and adjusting screws to slide the hinge part way out of the slot before fastening it to the END. Retighten the screw before you mount the HINGE to the END.
Step 15 å å å å å Refer to the enlarged diagram to identify the parts on the HINGES. å To adjust the DOORS in or out (depth), loosen the mounting screw one turn and move the DOORS in or out, as needed. Tighten the mounting screw after making adjustments. The DOORS may need some adjustments. Follow the text below to make needed adjustments. DOOR ADJUSTMENTS: To adjust the DOORS from side to side (horizontal), turn the adjusting screw in or out.

Step 17 å Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (CC) over the METAL PINS (BB). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of your choice in the ENDS (A and B). Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELVES (H and I) onto the METAL PINS. å Center a SCREW COVER (FF) over the head of each SCREW and press firmly. No load FF (3 used) H To cover screws 25 lbs. H 25 lbs. Step 18 å We recommend using the SAFETY BRACKET (Z) for added stability. Use a BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (KK) into the top of the unit and a BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREW (GG) into a stud in your wall. å å NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information. This completes assembly. Clean with your favorite furniture polish or a damp cloth. Wipe dry.
