It means a video assembly tip is available at www.sauder.com/services/tips Step 1 å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty carton to avoid scratching your unit or the floor. å Push forty-one HIDDEN CAMS (Z2) into the ENDS (A and B), UPRIGHTS (C and D), TOP (E2), UPPER SHELF (F), and BRACES (H, I, and J). Then, insert the metal end of thirty CAM DOWELS (AA2) into the HIDDEN CAMS. Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step.
Step 2 å å Turn six CAM SCREWS (BB2) into the LEGS (M3). å Fasten the FEET (V) to the LEGS (M3). Use two BLACK 1-7/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (MM). Remember: Righty tighty. Lefty loosey. Step 3 å Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (X) from the EXTENSION RAILS (W) as shown in the upper diagram below. Be prepared, the parts are greasy. å Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (W) to the ENDS (A and B) and SHORT UPRIGHTS (D). Use sixteen GOLD 5/16” FLAT HEAD SCREWS (PP). å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlarged diagram. Then, slide the inner cartridge of the EXTENSION RAIL out to find the other hole that lines up with the hole in the END.
Step 4 å Fasten the SHELF MOLDINGS (U) to the UPPER SHELF (F) and FRONT BRACE (I). Tighten eight HIDDEN CAMS. Step 5 å å Turn five CAM SCREWS (BB2) into the STOP MOLDING (RR). å Fasten the LEFT END (B) and UPRIGHT (C) to the TOP (E2). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. Caution Fasten the TOP (E2) to the STOP MOLDING (RR). Tighten five HIDDEN CAMS. Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.
Step 6 å Fasten the UPPER SHELF (F) to the LEFT END (B). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the UPPER SHELF (F) to the UPRIGHT (C). Use two BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (LL). Step 8 å å Insert four METAL PINS (GG) into the BRACES (H and I). å NOTE: Be sure the METAL PINS in the BRACES insert into the holes in the LEFT END. å Fasten the BRACES (H and I) to the SHORT UPRIGHT (D). Use two BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (LL). Fasten the BRACES (H and I) to the LEFT END (B). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS.

Step 10 å å Insert four METAL PINS (GG) into the BRACES (H and J). å NOTE: Be sure the METAL PINS in the BRACES insert into the holes in the LEFT END. å Fasten the BRACES (H and J) to the SHORT UPRIGHT (D). Use two BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (LL). Fasten the BRACES (H and J) to the LEFT END (B). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. These holes must be here.
Step 11 å Fasten the RIGHT END (A) to the TOP (E2), UPPER SHELF (F) and BRACES (H, I, and J). Tighten eight HIDDEN CAMS. Use the provided SHORT SCREWDRIVER. å NOTE: Be sure the METAL PINS in the BRACES insert into the holes in the RIGHT END. å Fasten two METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the LEGS (M3) and STOP MOLDING (RR). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (OO). å Fasten five ANGLE BRACKETS (CC) to the BOTTOM BRACE (J). Use five BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (OO).
Step 12 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the BACK (G) and lay it over your unit. å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (G). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". å å Fasten the BACK (G) to your unit using the NAILS (QQ). å NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed. å Fasten the EXTENSION BLOCK (K) to the SHORT UPRIGHT (D). Use two BLACK 2-3/4" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (KK).
Step 13 VIEW THE T-LOCK BOX VIDEO 1 The tabs should insert freely into the slots. Gently tilt the DRAWER SIDES side to side until the tabs slip into the slots. 2 With the palm of your hand, tap the DRAWER BOTTOM down into the groove. Un fi su nish rfa ed ce D968 D12 D12 D13 D13 O2 O2 Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOM inserts into the DRAWER FRONT groove. Groove å Insert the DRAWER SIDES (D12 and D13) at an angle into the slot at each end of the LEFT DRAWER FRONT (O2).
Step 14 å Insert the SLIDE CAMS (DD) into the large holes in the DRAWER SIDES (D12 and D13). å Fasten the EXTENSION SLIDES (X) to the DRAWER SIDES (D12 and D13). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (PP) through holes #1 and #3. å NOTE: The screw head in the CAM must be visible through the slotted hole in the SLIDE. å Repeat this step for the other drawers.
Step 15 å Fasten two KNOBS (FF) to the LEFT DRAWER FRONT (O2). Use two BLACK 7/8" MACHINE SCREWS (NN). å Repeat this step for the other drawers. NN BLACK 7/8" MACHINE SCREW (8 used in this step) O2 FF www.sauder.
Step 16 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å To insert a drawer into your unit, line up the EXTENSION SLIDES on the drawer with the EXTENSION RAILS on the unit and push the drawer into the unit until the drawer is fully inserted. The drawer will push in hard until it is all the way in, then it will slide in and out easier. Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms. Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (HH) over the METAL PINS (GG).
Step 17 å å Push a CAM COVER (II) onto each visible HIDDEN CAM. å NOTE: This is a permanent label intended to last for the life of the product. Once applied, do not try to remove it. Apply the WARNING LABEL (JJ) to the TOP (E2). You should be able to read the label when the TV is removed from the unit. When the TV is in place, it should hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram. WARNING Never use this furniture with a TV that is too large or too heavy.
Step 18 å To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #3 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the cam clockwise or counterclockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the cam. By adjusting the drawers this way, it will help the DRAWER FRONT line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREWS when finished with adjustments. å å NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information. This completes assembly.

Utiliser deux VIS NOIRES TÊTE PLATE 48 mm (LL).
ÉTAPE 12 ÉTAPE 15 Avec précaution, retourner l’élément sur ses chants avant. Déplier l’ARRIÈRE (G) et le placer sur l’élément. Fixer deux POIGNÉES (FF) au DEVANT GAUCHE DE TIROIR (O2). Utiliser deux VIS NOIRES À MÉTAUX 22 mm (NN). Veiller à avoir des marges égales le long des quatre chants de l’ARRIÈRE (G). Si besoin est, enfoncer sur les coins opposés de l’élément pour s’assurer d’être « d’équerre ». Répéter cette étape pour les autres tiroirs.

Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso. Empuje cuarenta y uno EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (Z2) dentro de los EXTREMOS (A y B), los PARALES (C y D), el PANEL SUPER (E2), el ESTANTE SUPERIOR (F) y las RIOSTRAS (H, I y J).
