Step 5 å Insert the INTERLOCK TRACK (Z) with CABINET ACTUATORS (T) into the groove in the RIGHT END (A2) exactly as shown. å Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (N) from the EXTENSION RAILS (M) as shown in the upper diagram. Be prepared, the parts are greasy. å Fasten two EXTENSION RAILS (M) to each END (A2 and B2). Use eight GOLD 5/16” FLAT HEAD SCREWS (GG). å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlarged diagram.

Step 12 å Fasten a DRAWER FRONT (G) to one of the DRAWER BOX FRONTS (D243). Use four BLACK 7/8” LARGE HEAD SCREWS (DD). å Fasten two KNOBS (V) to the DRAWER FRONT (G). Use two BLACK 1-1/8” MACHINE SCREW (CC). å NOTE: The hole on back surface of the DRAWER FRONT must be close to the bottom edge. å Repeat this step for the other drawer.
Step 13 å Stand one of the drawers upright onto the RIGHT DRAWER SIDE (D225). å Fasten one of the EXTENSION SLIDES (N) through holes #2 and #4 to the LEFT DRAWER SIDE (D225). Step 14 å å å Flip the drawer over onto the left DRAWER SIDE (D225). GG Diagram 1. Insert the tabs on a DRAWER ACTUATOR (S) into the slots in a EXTENSION SLIDE (N). You may need to insert one tab first, then the other. GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREW (4 used in this step) Diagram 2. Visually check that the DRAWER ACTUATOR (S) is seated in the EXTENSION SLIDE (N). å Diagram 3. If the DRAWER ACTUATOR is not seated, use your hammer to gently tap the SLIDE until the tabs are properly seated in the slots.

Step 16 å å Push a FILE GLIDE (W) onto the RIGHT DRAWER SIDE (D225). å Slide another FILE GLIDE (W) onto the other end of the FILE RODS (Y), then press this FILE GLIDE over the LEFT DRAWER SIDE (D225). å Repeat this step for the other drawer. Slide the FILE RODS (Y) through a FILE BAR (X), through the holes in the FILE BRACKETS (U), through another FILE BAR (X), and into the FILE GLIDE (W) on the RIGHT DRAWER SIDE (I). Step 17 å To insert a drawer into your unit, line up the EXTENSION SLIDES on the drawer with the EXTENSION RAILS on the unit and push the drawer into the unit until the drawer is fully inserted. The drawer will push in hard until it is all the way in, then it will slide in and out easier. å NOTE: The DRAWER FRONTS may need adjustments. To adjust the DRAWER FRONTS, loosen the SCREWS in the DRAWER FRONTS. Make adjustments and tighten the SCREWS.
