5.3 Removing Jammed Media
This section will describe how to remove jammed media from the machine.
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Open the cover of the printer.
3. Raise the print head.
4. Pull the arm back and swing it out of the way.
5. Raise the print head block.
6. Remove the media from the printer.
7. Make sure there is nothing stuck in the machine, do not use sharp objects.
8. Clean the print head and media surface to ensure all debris is gone.
