A/C Indicator = If you do not have any allowances or charges (besides
the taxes) you do not need to enter anything.
• A = Allowance
• C = Charge
• N = No Allowance or Charge•A/C Code = Select from Drop Down
box
A/C Amount = Total Amount of Charge or Allowance
