aaa = Service class, numeric only (001-999)
bbb = Country code, numeric only (001-999)
cccccc = ZIP code, alphanumeric (000000-999999)
dddd = Extended ZIP code, numeric only (0001-9999)
ee...e = Low priority message, alphanumeric, 84 digits.
