Special Notes
1. Characters may be enlarged through the use of the
<ESC>L Character Expansion command, (See page 21).
2. Character spacing may be altered through the use of the
<ESC>A Character Pitch command, (See page 24).
3. A font must be defined for each field to be printed. There
is no default font.
4. The proportionally spaced fonts XU, XS, XM, XL and XB
can be printed with fixed spacing using the <ESC>PS
Proportional Space command.
