Replacing the PCB
When replacing the PCB, always make sure before you re-insert the PCB that
there is enough heat-conducting paste between the housing and the cooling surfaces
of the electronic components.
Before closing the unit back up, you must also check all seals between the housing
and the display unit and replace them if necessary.
Note:
– Make sure the spacers are positioned properly!
– The PCBs are intrinsically safe. Therefore, you do not have to conduct
a high-voltage test after you reassemble the unit.
– If you conduct a high-voltage test, the electronic components on the PCB
will definitely be destroyed.
– Only technicians certified by Sartorius to work on explosion protected
equipment may perform soldering work on the PCB!
