Activating the Service Mode
The “S” service mode enables extensive adjustments to be performed.
Select the weighing mode (display shows
0g – depending on the model)
Enter service code “XXXXXX”
Press the M key
The
SETUP menu is displayed with an “S” in the upper right-hand
corner of the display.
Press the
« softkey
The service mode is now active.
S-CAL is displayed.
Press the
S-CAL soft key.
Select the required adjustment routine using the
Select soft key.
Start the adjustment sequence by pressing the
Start soft key.
Note:
Stop the adjustment routine by pressing the c key once.
Press the c key a second time to exit the service mode.
Calibration/Adjustment in the Service Mode
The following functions are available when working in the service mode:

* Can also be adjusted without activating the service mode
Note:
Service software is not required for configuring and adjusting the evaluation
unit.
When starting up operations for the first time, the service switch must be off
(see photo on the left).
Once all work has been completed, the switch must be on (see photo on the
left). This is necessary in order to activate the ± 2% window and to prevent
reconfiguration of the A/D-converter. Error message Err 07 will prevent you
from setting or deleting the preload.
Note!
Whenever the service switch has been on, the control unit must be turned off
and on again once in order to activate the programmed functions.
