Example: Counting parts of equal weight
Parameter settings: Applic. - Count.
Step Press key Display/Printout
1. Place the parts container + 22.6 g
on the balance
2. Tare the balance J 0.0 g
3. Place the reference sample quantity in the container
(in this example: 20 units)
4. Changing the Reference Sample Quantity S ref 10

5. Select the reference sample quantity: Repeatedly press S
In increments of one (1, 2, 3, ..., 100) briefly or
In increments of ten (1, 10, 20, ..., 100) hold the S key ref 20
pcs
6. Confirm selected reference sample quantity V + 20
pcs
and start the application.
The current reference weight remains saved nRef 20 pcs
until a new reference is set. wRef 1.07 g
7. Add desired number of pieces + 500
pcs
8. If desired, print the results P Qnt + 500 pcs
9. Toggle display between average piece + 1.07 g G
weight, weight and quantity + 535.0 g
Repeatedly press S + 500
pcs
10. Unload the balance – 21
pcs
11. Repeat as needed, starting from Step 7
12. Delete the reference value F 0.0 g
