Expand the Tables node of the Xtreme.mdb connection to see a list of tables.
Because you are dealing only with customers in this tutorial, you will select the Customer table.

Select Customer and click the > arrow to add it to the Selected Tables list, and then click OK.
The Design tab of the Report Designer appears.
4.
Click Field Explorer on the Standard toolbar.
The Field Explorer dialog box appears.
Note:
Depending on how it appeared when you last used Crystal Reports, the Field Explorer dialog box
might be docked or in floating mode. For more information about docking explorers, see Opening
and docking explorers.
