Note:
Grouping hierarchy is not affected by "Sort Control".
8.1.3.2 To remove a sort control

Right-click the text object that contains the existing Sort Control.

Click Bind Sort Control.
The "Sort Control" dialog box appears.

Click < Not Interactive >.
4.
Click OK to return to your report.
The "Sort Control" is removed from the report.
8.2 Grouping data
Grouped data is data that is sorted and broken up into meaningful groups. In a customer list, for example,
a group might consist of all those customers living in the same Zip Code, or in the same Region. In a
sales report, a group might consist of all the orders placed by the same customer, or all of the orders
generated by a particular sales representative.
