same as publishing the report to SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise.
18.1.5.1 Opening a report in an Enterprise folder
You can open reports from SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise folders in Crystal Reports. Crystal Reports
displays the appropriate SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise folders in the Open dialog box.
18.1.5.1.1 To open a report in an Enterprise folder

On the File menu, click Open.
2.
In the Open dialog box, click Enterprise.
If you have not already logged on to SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise , the "Log On to SAP
BusinessObjects Enterprise" dialog box appears.

In the System field, enter or select the name of the SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise system that
you want to connect to.
4.
Enter your user name and password.
5.
Click the Authentication list to select the appropriate authentication type.
Enterprise authentication requires a user name and password that is recognized by SAP
BusinessObjects Enterprise.
LDAP authentication requires a user name and password that is recognized by an LDAP directory
server.
Windows Active Directory (AD) authentication requires a user name and password that is recognized
by Windows AD.
