A gyro-sensor picks up camera vibration in the 5 to 15 Hz
range, which is then suppressed electronically. This feature
offers a clear image even in a strong wind or when the camera
is installed near a highway with heavy traffic.

The 36x optical zoom and 16x digital zoom can be combined
for a close-up of 576x. This allows even distant subjects to be
checked in detail, allowing one camera to monitor a wide area.
Up to 256 Preset Positions
VCC-9800P E / VCC-9700P E
The user can set up to 256 preset positions with
VCC-9800P E / VCC-9700P E and up to 128 preset positions
with VCC-9600P E / VCC-9500P E. Preset positions can be set
to any angle from pointing directly below the camera to looking
horizontal. The adjustable range of the lens focus any direction
to offer the capability to fully capture any surveillance area.
When manually operated, the lens can be moved at the speed
of 0.1 °/sec to 120°/sec for accurate tracking of moving objects.
Four Types of Auto Mode Setting
Sequence, Tour, Auto Pan and Auto Return modes are
available.
High-speed Panning of 435°/sec
The camera makes it possible to capture the image of exact
points of surveillance with high-speed panning of 435°/sec
between preset positions. This accurate mechanism is capable
of capturing quickly moving objects and objects approaching
the camera when it is zoomed in.
Preset Accuracy to ±0.014 (typical) of a Degree
In the case of a speed dome camera, the motorized drive’s
performance is vital in order to capture numerous points of
surveillance during lens movement and zoom-ratio changes.
SANYO’s new series of speed dome cameras keeps the
accuracy of the camera’s return to preset points to within
0.014 (typical) of a degree for precision capture of images from
surveillance.
Auto Tracking
VCC-9800P E / VCC-9700P E
The camera comes with an image processing algorithm that is
capable of detecting moving objects on the screen and tracing
an object automatically. When there are multiple movements,
an object with the biggest move will be traced. Further settings
are available according to the pattern of movement. The auto
return mode provides an added feature that forces the camera
to its Preset Position when
no movement is detected
for a preset duration.
