Selecting an Announcement for Screen Call
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Select Tools.
3. Select Voice Services.
4. Select Screen Call.
5. Select Announcement.
6. Depending on your preference, select Pre-Recorded or Custom.
Recording Name for a Pre-Recorded Announcement
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Select Tools.
3. Select Voice Services.
4. Select Screen Call.
5. Select Announcement.
6. Highlight Pre-Recorded and press (right softkey).
7. Select Record Name.
If your name has already been recorded, select Yes or No for
overwriting.
8. Press to start the 1st recording.
9. Press to stop recording.
10. After the 1st recording, press again to start the 2nd
recording.
11. To stop recording, wait for 12 seconds or press .
