26 2A. Device Basics
To activate the auto-rotate feature:
1. Touch > > Settings > Display.
2. Touch Auto-rotate screen to select that option. (A
check mark indicates this feature is enabled.)
Using the Notifications Panel
The Notifications panel indicates new message events
(data sync status, new messages, calendar events, call
status, etc).
1. Drag the status bar down the screen.
2. Tap a notification entry to open the associated
application.
Note: The Notifications panel can also be opened on the
Home screen by touching > Notifications.
