Web and Data
To remove email accounts in Exchange Email
application:
1. Touch > > Settings > Applications >
Manage applications > All.
2. Scroll down and touch Exchange Email > Clear data >
OK.
3. Touch > > Settings > Accounts & sync.
4. Touch an Exchange Email account > Remove account >
Remove account.
5. Repeat step 4, if the application has multiple
accounts, to remove all the existing Exchange
Email accounts.
Removing a Gmail Account
You need to reset your device to the factory defaults to
remove a Gmail account. Resetting your device will
erase all data from your device including Google
account, system and application data and settings, and
downloaded applications. System software, preinstalled
applications, and SD card files such as music and
photos will not be affected. See “Resetting Your
Device” on page 53.
Using Google Talk
Google Talk is the instant messaging program provided
by Google. Google Talk lets you chat with other people
that also have a Google account. Your Google Talk
account is based on the Google account set on your
device.
Note: When an email application has more than one
account, individual accounts in that application cannot
be removed because step 2 deletes the data for all
accounts in the application.
