Device information:
When users insert the micro SD/SDHC card, the card information such as the memory
capacity and status will be shown at device information section.
If the SD card is successfully installed, its status could be confirmed with “Yes” under
<Device information>.
Remote access by admin:
Here you can define whether you allow remote access to the SD card by FTP or by SMB
(network share).
Only the “admin” user is allowed to download the video data from the SD card, provided this
option has been enabled. Authorisation is done using the same password as for the web
interface.
Access via FTP:
The admin user can download video files from the SD card using a standard FTP
client (e.g. Filezilla or a console FTP).
Access via SMB (network share):
The admin user can download video files from the SD card using a network share.
The camera’s SD card can even be used as a network share. Just enter the camera’s
IP in the Windows Explorer. Example: \\192.168.1.168\
Device setting:
Format:
Click on the <Format> button to format the memory card.
Remount
Click on the <Remount> button if the SD card is changed while the camera is running
of if the SD card is used for the first time, so that the SD card is initialized.
Disk cleanup setting:
Users can enable automatic recordings cleanup by specifying the time and storage limits.
Recording list:
Each video file on the micro SD/SDHC card will be listed in the recording list as shown
below. The maximum file size is 60 MB (60 MB per file).
If the recording mode is set to “Always” (see next chapter) and the micro SD/ SDHC card
recording is also enabled, occurring events will be recorded to the memory card.
Remove:
To remove a file, select the file first and then click on the <Remove> button.
Sort:
Click on the <Sort> button and the files in the recording list will be listed by name and
date order.
