2.3.4.4 Dropbox
The drop box settings can be found under this path:
System > Alarm server > Dropbox
You can use your Dropbox to store alarm-pictures.
Please read the text displayed in the Dropbox window and follow the here described
instructions.
This functionality requires Internet access and, in case of a network without DHCP, a
correctly assigned router as well as a DNS server because the camera has to communicate
with the external Dropbox server.
Since the stability as well as the latency (which might take up to 1 second per picture) of this
server cannot be guaranteed, we recommend to use this function only as an addition to the
other functions, e.g. recording to a SD card, NAS, FTP or e-mail.
