CoroMill® 327 and CoroMill® 328
Single-point threading
CoroMill tools offer many advantages for thread milling. For single-
point threading, use CoroMill 327 and CoroMill 328.
These versatile tools have different diameters and pitches, and are
designed for non-rotating components:
Same inserts (V-pro le) can be used for different pitches
Low cutting forces make CoroMill 327 and CoroMill 328 the
rst choice for internal, medium to large threads and also when
stability is bad, such as milling threads in long overhangs and in
thin-walled components
CoroMill 328 offers indexable cutting edges for productive, cost-
effective machining
Can be used in low-power machines
First choice for large, threads on asymmetric components
For small batch sizes and mixed production
No risk for conical threads caused by bending
High productivity due to many teeth
One grade for both tools (GC1025) covers all ISO material types
