Pilot Valve Assembly

Pilot Valve Servicing
With Pilot Valve removed from pump.
Step 1: Remove snap ring (4-F).
Step 2: Remove sleeve (4-B), inspect O-Rings (4-C),
replace if required.
Step 3: Remove spool (4-D) from sleeve (4-B),
inspect O-Rings (4E), replace if required.
Step 4: Lightly lubricate O-Rings (4-C) and (4-E).
Reassemble in reverse order.
