product must be taken back to a Samsung Customer Service Plaza
or to an authorised repair setvice centre for !urther testing. In these
circumstances. you agree to let any designated Authoosed Samsung
Se!vlce Personnel pick up and take the product for further testing. at
the cost of Samsung.

abuse;
b) Incorrect operation or not following the operation
instructions (as stated in the Product Operation Manual or
manufacturer"s Instructions prtMded with the Samsung product);
c) Improper Installation;
d) inoorrect or Improper maintenance or failure to maintain the
Samsung product
e) failure to clean or Improper cleaning of the product Oncludlng heads.
internal cavitfes. user accessible filters);
f) lncooect wltage or non-i!uthOnsed electrical connections;
g) adverse external conditions such as pcNYel" surges and dips.
thunderstorm actMty. acts or God . acts of telT'Orism. damage caused
by Ye!TTlin. or any other act or drcumstance beyond Samsung's
control;
h) eq,osure to excessive heat. moisture or dampness;
D exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions;

auction.
F. If the Samsung product you are using has been rented or leased by
you. and you consider a claim might be made under this Warranty. you
should refer the matter to the rental or leaslng company immedlately
and theywUI handle the matter
G. This Wamlnty does not C0llef seMce costS ,n repladng and
maintaining consumable parts which have ceased WOl'klng through
nonnal wear and tear such as. but not llmlted to: lamps and other
parts classmable as a consumable part.
H. To the extent pem,itted by law, this Warranty does not w.er Samsung
products which, at the time you consider a claim might be made
under this Warranty. do not bear the original manufacrurer's factoly-
applied serial number In Its original foon (for Instance where ll or the
sticker bearing It has been remoYed. wiped out. rubbed off. or
altered)
L This Warranty does not COllef the loss of any data h0'NSOeYef caused.

are cOilered under this Waminty ror the same period as the
Samslng product purchased.
• All other 5amsung parts and accessories Oncluding batteries)
pulChased together with the Samsung product are OCNef'ed under
this Warranty for a period of 6 months. Generally Samsung wftl
replace the defectt.e part or accessory which is the subject of the
claim during this 6 month period.
• You wiD only be able to make a claim under tNs Warranty for lost
or missing Samsung parts and accessories if, with your claim.
you are able to provide satisfactory evidence that the relevant
item was missing from the box or other storage or packagmg
material originaDy supplied by Samsung.
• Parts and accessories purchased from Authonsed Samsung
Resellers and Distributors are generally covered under this
Warranty from a 3 month to 6 month warranty period. Please
refer to the specific period below.

• Parts and accessories purchased fium Authorised Samsung
Resellers and Otstnbutors are generally ca,ierect under this Warranty
