Example ReadDataFile (oine data):
 Start ActiveX server
 Go to Setup screen
 Start storing a data le
 Load the le in analysis mode
 Get global parameters, such as sampling rate, number of channels
 Loop through all the channels and get specic parameters, such as channel names
 Read data and time_stamp from channel
 Plot data
 Clear handle
