Example of a filter chain setup
Notice that we are already seeing the data stream at the bottom of the dialog box. This is a great conve-
nience when setting up these lter chains.
If you happen to know the exact position of the string, you can search for specic bytes or characters, by us-
ing the Data lter. Switch the preview to ASCII to see plain text. You can clear the previous values from the
screen, to make sure that you are seeing the latest real data, or to discover if data is really moving or not.
