Great! Section 1 is done. We have created a category, and then dened two input elds that the operator
can type into when data is recorded. Let’s move on and create the next section, and learn how to create a
selection eld. As a reminder, here is what we need to create:
Test article info:
model name (could be model A, model B, or model C)
serial number
lot number
So rst we create the category header by clicking the
icon, then editing its label below:
Easy enough. But now we need to create a selector so that the operator can simply choose from model A,
model B, or model C (and nothing else). To do that, you click the
icon, and then edit its label:
But this eld looks different than the simpler Input elds that we created before. A selector control requires
that you dene the selections right now. To do that, click the
(ellipsis) button:
