Great! Section 1 is done. We have created a category, and then dened two input elds that the operator
can type into when data is recorded. Let’s move on and create the next section, and learn how to create a
selection eld. As a reminder, here is what we need to create:
Test article info:
model name (could be model A, model B, or model C)
serial number
lot number
So rst we create the category header by clicking the
icon, then editing its label below:
Easy enough. But now we need to create a selector so that the operator can simply choose from model A,
model B, or model C (and nothing else). To do that, you click the
icon, and then edit its label:
But this eld looks different than the simpler Input elds that we created before. A selector control requires
that you dene the selections right now. To do that, click the
(ellipsis) button:
