Chapter 6 Message Monitoring
The following messages are basically provided for operating the OfficeServ Link V3
program:
☞ Call processing message exchanged between the Samsung key phone switch
and the user program
☞ SMDR/UCD message provided in the Samsung Key phone switch
The two programs for monitoring the above messages are installed in the OfficeServ Link
V3 installation folder.
☞ Call processing message monitoring program : SCMonitor.exe
☞ SMDR/UCD message monitoring program : SUMonitor.exe
6.1 Call Processing Message Monitoring Program
The call processing message is the exchanged message about the call status change
between the switch and the application program.
You can check the contents of the messages that are exchanged in real-time by using the
Switch Message Monitor (SCMonitor.exe) of the OfficeServ Link V3.
☞ Execute Switch Message Monitor (SCMonitor.exe).

Execute the Switch Message Monitor program (SCMonitor.exe), and then the following
window appears:
