When you turn the p ower on of the produ ct for the first time since it rele ased
from a factory, menu t o select location will ap pear.
Choose the region and country where you use the monitor.
This is because broadcasting type varies according to region and country.
You can select broa dcasting type i n OSD menu as we ll by select ing
MENU-

If country is not selected prop erly, the product ma y not locate

Language
You can choose one of 4 lang uages.
• English, Spanish, French, Portuguese
Note : The langu age chosen affects only the language of the
OSD.
It has no effect on any software running on the comp uter.
Sleep Timer
Use to set the Monito r to be turned off automatically the set in
certain minutes.

V-Chip
Protects children from viewing in appropriate pr ograms by
blocking certain broadcast or AV programs. (More

Canadian V-Chip is a filtering technology built in TV and 'V'
stands for "Viewer Control". The technology was developed
in Canada to help parents or protectors select which
programs should be allowed to watc h for their children.
The filtering standard is now being appl ied in Canad a divided
into four catagories : TV Parenta l Guidelines , MPAA Rating ,
Canadian-Engl ish an d Cana di an -French.
While V-chip is in operation, the PIP function cannot be
used.
