Turn the Phone Off
1. PressandholdthePower/Lockkeytodisplaythedeviceoptionsmenu.
2. TapPower off>POWER OFFtoturnthephoneoff.
Thescreenremainsblankwhileyourphoneisoff.Ifthephoneisoffduringcharging,thescreen
displaysacharginganimation.
Turn Your Screen On and Off
Yourphoneallowsyoutoquicklyturnthescreenoffwhennotinuseandtoturnitbackonandunlock
itwhenyouneedit.
Turn the Screen Off When Not in Use
n Toquicklyturnthescreenoff,pressthePower/Lockkey.PressingthePower/Lock keyagain
willturnonthescreenanddisplaythelockscreen.
Tosavebatterypower,thephoneautomaticallyturnsoffthescreen(timesout)afteracertainperiod
oftimewhenyouleaveitidle.Youwillstillbeabletoreceivemessagesandcallswhilethephone’s
screenisoff.
