User Instructions Screen Image retention Do not display a still image (such as on a video game or when hooking up a PC to this Monitor) on the plasma monitor panel for more than several minutes as it can cause screen image retention. This image retention is also known as “screen burn”. 1 Customizing the Picture Using Automatic Picture Settings You can use the on-screen menus to change the Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color, and Tint settings of your PDP. This power management system saves energy by switching your monitor into a low-power mode when it has not been used for a certain amount of time.
