Note Your phone’s battery should have enough charge for your phone to turn on and find a signal, set up your voicemail, and make a call. You should fully charge your battery as soon as possible. Therefore, Sprint recommends that you set up your voicemail and personal greeting as soon as your phone is activated. Note Voicemail Passcode If you are concerned about unauthorized access to your voicemail account, Sprint recommends that you enable your voicemail passcode.
Voicemail Password Getting Help You’ll create your voicemail password (or passcode) when you set up your voicemail. See “Setting Up Your Voicemail” on page 4 for more information on your voicemail password.
