PROBLEM SOLUTION

Data is not getting recorded on the

Micro SDHC memory card.

• Make sure that the memory card is not defective.

SD Indicator will not turn on after

inserting an Micro SDHC memory

card.

• Make sure that the memory card is not defective.

• Go to Conﬁ gurations → Events → Alarm Image Settings and verify that SD Card Recording

option is checked.

I inserted an Micro SDHC memory

card, but the camera isn’t working

properly.

• Make sure that the memory card has been inserted correctly in the right direction. With

memory cards that have been formatted from a different device, their performance cannot

be guaranteed when used in the camera.

Go to Conﬁ gurations → Events → Recording Settings and format the memory card again.
